The Advanced Devices & Sustainable Energy Laboratory (ADSEL) is actively seeking highly motivated graduate researchers with strong backgrounds in semiconductor materials and device physics. We are an electronic materials and device physics research group, and prior experience in these areas is highly desirable. Ideal candidates are self-driven, talented, hardworking, and passionate about exploring new materials, device architectures, and advanced semiconductor technologies. Experience in epitaxial growth of electronic materials, semiconductor processing, or device fabrication is strongly recommended.
